A major focus of the R+D Lab was translating lessons from experiments into deployable tools for Google’s global real estate portfolio. I led the creation of spatial design guidelines, product recommendations, and full-scale mockups that helped project teams align early.

Topics included daylighting, floorplate typologies, neighborhood planning, and pre-vetted vendors and products. These efforts gave rise to design playbooks and a showroom facility, helping bridge strategy and execution across site types, team models, and geographies.
